Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field
● Engineering Collaboration: 2+ years working directly with engineering teams building complex systems
● Relevant Projects: Experience managing projects involving data infrastructure, APIs, or AI/ML systems
● Delivery Track Record: Proven history of shipping products/projects on schedule with high quality

Technical Proficiency
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices
● Ability to participate meaningfully in technical discussions and understand code
● Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps
● Understanding of AI/LLM technologies and practical applications
● Comfortable with GitHub, project management tools, and development workflows
● Can engage in architecture discussions and evaluate engineering proposals
● Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) and SQL
● Proficient with Jira/Linear, Confluence/Notion, GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace
● Understanding of technical tradeoffs and ability to assess complexity
